I'd like to attend a trial class with my friend, can I book a slot for them?
Please do not book classes for others!
Setting up a DanceStudio-Pro (DSP) account is free, and the account will help you store any promotional credits you may receive. For example, we will credit your trial fee back for signing up for a full Term course after attending a Trial class, so you will need a DSP account to store your credits and track your class history.
Kindly note that for reasons of identity verification and safety, the Studio reserves the right to turn away students who attend classes under the name of another registered student. Refunds will not be provided in such instances.
My friend signed up for a Trial class. Can I sit in as an observer from the side for the trial experience they're booked in for?
Trial participants must have a confirmed booking in DSP to attend the trial experience. At this time, guests without a confirmed booking are not allowed to attend classes even if their family members or friends are booked in. Please book the same trial in DSP if you wish to accompany your family member or friend for the trial experience.
I booked a trial class but did not attend the lesson, can I get a refund?
Please note that once trial classes have been paid for, students will be booked into the trial classes selected, and so should choose their class commitments with care as all bookings are final and non-refundable.
The Studio reserves the right to levy an administrative charge of SGD 20.00 for class transfers for any reason (including work, travel, etc.). This also includes transfers to a different level of difficulty, or to another class of the same level in a different timeslot.
