Challenge Yourself: Step Up Your Game!

Beginner-Friendly

 

  • Pole 1 Tricks: Take your first step in your pole fitness journey in a safe space, with this introductory course to Pole Tricks with an instructor who will demonstrate all moves and make adjustments for your safety. This class has no pre-requisites, all are welcome! Dress comfortably with your favorite sports top and bottoms that end above your knees. Shoes not required.
  • Beginner to Intermediate Combos: Explore a series of Pole Tricks 1-3 moves set into combinations on static and spin pole modes. A different combination will be featured every 1-2 weeks! For Pole 2 repeaters at least. Pole heels optional.
  • Sensual Flow: Indulge in expressive moves using a variety of beginner-level pole moves and floorwork via 2 routines over the term set to inspirational music. Bare feet encouraged for grounding.
  • Exo 1: Introduction to basic exotic floorwork moves via 2 routines over the term. Pole heels recommended but optional.
  • Stripper Pole: Introduction to stripper moves with the pole via 2 routines over the term. Pole heels recommended but optional.
  • Upright Beginner Combos: Pole tricks and conditioning course putting Pole Tricks 1-2 moves into beautifully floaty mini-combos each week. No heels.
  • Upright Upper Beginner Combos: Pole tricks and conditioning course for students who have mastered aerial Tinkerbell and aerial pole sit moves. Learn a different mini combo each week. No heels.

Intermediate Level

  • Exo 2: Intermediate level exotic pole dance routine in pole heels, featuring a guest choreography to be learned over the term. Prior exo experience required.
  • Intermediate Combos: Explore a series of Pole Tricks 2-4 moves set into combinations on static and spin pole modes. A different combination will be featured every 1-2 weeks! Outside/inside leg hangs required.
  • K-Pop Routine Pole: Learn a new cute lil’ K-pop style dance routine each week! For students who have passed Pole 2 Tricks (upper body strength is required).
  • Shape Shifting: Extend your repertoire of tricks perfect for performances and shoots with this course focusing on creative pole tricks and flow! Outside/inside leg hangs required.

Advanced Level

  • Pretzel Perfect Advanced: Upper level pole tricks and conditioning class for students who have passed Pole Tricks Level 5. Expect to learn challenging pole tricks and chain them into short combos each week in a supportive environment, the better to improve our stamina and expand our repertoire of aerial pole tricks.
