Beginner-Friendly

  • Pole 1 Tricks: Take your first step in your pole fitness journey in a safe space, with this introductory course to Pole Tricks. No pre-requisites, all are welcome! Dress comfortably with your fav sports top and bottoms that end above your knees. Shoes not required.
  • Chair: Chair dance class teaching balancing tricks via 2 choreographed routines. Bring a sassy attitude to showcase, plus a robe or button-up shirt to strip off! Pole heels optional. Socks or bare feet work just as well.
  • Exo 1: Introduction to basic exotic floorwork moves via 2 routines over the term. Pole heels optional.
  • Low Flow: Indulge in expressive moves using a variety of beginner-level pole moves and floorwork via 2 routines over the term set to inspirational music. Bare feet encouraged for grounding.
  • Polates: Pole + Pilates for strength, flexibility, and control. This class focuses on core engagement, graceful movement, and low-impact conditioning—perfect for all levels. No pre-requisites. Wear polewear/yoga wear.
  • Tease: Learn a Lap Dance routine in Weeks 1-4, followed by a raucous round of Stripper Pole for Weeks 5-8. Pole heels optional.

Intermediate

  • Beginner to Intermediate Combos: Pole tricks and conditioning course putting Pole Tricks 1-3 moves into combinations on static and spin pole modes. For Pole 2 repeaters or those at Pole 3 level.
  • Exo Doubles: Learn an old-school style exo routine on static pole over the 8-week term. Prior exo experience required.
  • Intermediate Combos: Pole tricks and conditioning course putting Pole Tricks 2-4 moves into combinations on static and spin pole modes. Must be able to do outside/inside leg hangs.
  • Pole Choreography Intermediate: Dance to a magically moving song over the term, showcasing a variety of pole tricks and combinations to the music. Must be able to do outside/inside leg hangs.
  • Upright Combos 1: Pole tricks and conditioning course for students who have passed Pole 2, featuring a different mini combo each week. Must be able to hold a Spread for at least 5 counts (Half Bracket or Gooseneck Grip), and transition from Spread to Climb.
  • Upright Combos 2: Pole tricks and conditioning course for students who have passed Pole 3, featuring a different mini combo each week. Must be comfortable with Spread → Climb → Tinkerbell → Back Tinkerbell, and Spread → Climb → Tinkerbell → Pole Sit.

Advanced

  • Pretzel Perfect Advanced: Upper level pole tricks and conditioning class for students who have passed Pole 5 Tricks. Expect to learn challenging pole tricks and chain them into short combos each week to improve our stamina and expand our repertoire of aerial pole moves.
